08 Welcome
08 Welcome has been created to support customer facing businesses deliver a fantastic welcome to the millions of visitors expected in Liverpool during 2008.
Customer facing businesses are able to access free of charge a whole range of products and materials, including customer service training and other resource materials such as DVDs, information packs etc.
So far 08 Welcome has made available 5,000 free workshops places, issued over 2,000 information packs and produced and issued a range of foreign language materials.
08 Welcome can also sign post businesses to other avenues of low-cost support and information.
