One of our most important tasks with the new brand is to make sure that we protect its value to all those companies and organisations using it.

We do that by ensuring that only those authorised can use it in an agreed and controlled way. 

For that reason, each of the graphic elements of the new Liverpool brand is protected by national and international legislation and conventions on trademarks, copyright and intellectual property rights.

The Liverpool Culture Company has created a Brand Licensing and Usage Approval Process to monitor the way it is used and help us protect its value.
